I understand that during the course of my employment, trade secrets and confidential information concerning the business operations and families of King’s Daughters Child Care Center may be disclosed to me. I agree that during my employment, and at any time after termination of employment, I will not disclose to others or make use of any trade secrets or other confidential information concerning clients, business operations, or services of King’s Daughters Child Care Center.

I further agree that for a period of one (1) year following the termination of my employment, regardless of the cause, and within a radius of ten (10) miles of King’s Daughters Child Care Center, I will not engage in or have an interest in any enterprise that engages, directly or indirectly, in business competition with King’s Daughters Child Care Center.
